"My first class felt like the longest 90 minutes of my life, although I was amazed when I was able to get into some postures that I had never been able to before." What made you come back? "A sincere hope that the instructors were telling the truth about the second class being better than the first, coupled with a strong desire to get into shape. Since the second class was much better, I stuck with it and now can't imagine it not being a part of my life. When I first started my practice I was overweight and out of shape, but have since returned to the size I was in my early twenties and am in the best shape of my life. In addition, I am a much more patient person these days. Advice to new students: "Come to class as often as you can during your first month and be patient with yourself. Acclimating to this yoga can take awhile, but it is so worth it. Give it a chance and it really can change your life."

The Hot Room - Downtown will be located at 305 E New York Street (corner of New York and Alabama) - at the original Indianapolis Firehouse! A perfect location, don't you think?? Construction is currently underway and we are planning to open doors later this summer. Please follow The Hot Room on Facebook, Instagram and Twitter for all the latest updates. We are so thankful for the support we've received from our current students and the larger Indianapolis yoga community.
