Come play as we flow through a sequence that is full of opportunities to explore different arm balances! In this workshop, we will take some time to learn the foundations of arm balances including exercises to activate the core & bandhas and exercises to prepare & strengthen the wrists in order to safely and painlessly work into some of your favorite arm balances. We will also get to go upside down as we break down some of the tricks to balance in headstand and/or handstand.
